Over the course of my career, I’ve earned numerous production awards and proudly served as a past board member of the Dulles Area Association of REALTORS®, giving me both deep market insight and leadership-level perspective.

I specialize in everything from condos to castles, with a particular passion for homes on acreage and off-market opportunities. Through a well-established insider network, I often connect buyers with exceptional properties before they ever hit the MLS—homes not available to the general public. It’s one of the many ways I give my clients a competitive edge. My business spans Loudoun County, Fairfax County, Prince William County, Clarke County, Winchester, and Frederick County, Virginia, and I bring hyper-local knowledge to every transaction. I’ve navigated every type of market and challenge imaginable—and if there’s a problem, chances are I’ve already solved it.

I’m fluent in Spanish and hold a Master’s Degree in Public Communication from American University in Washington, DC, which means clear communication, strong advocacy, and thoughtful strategy are at the core of everything I do. Real estate is also a family business. My husband, Scott Bresnahan, is my partner in life and in business, and together we provide a seamless, hands-on experience for both sellers and buyers.
